does it help if you boot with kernel parameter "acpi_enforce_resources=lax"?

what do you mean by "without effect"? the laptops still shutdown?
these two params only work if the thermal driver is built in.
if the thermal driver is built as a module, please re-load it with module
parameter "thermal.nocrt=1" and "thermal.psv=80".

BTW: how did you get the acpidump.dat file? please use "acpidump >
acpidump.dat", without any params.
