I don't know if it's due to switching to a x86 kernel or
a change in acpi code, now the high cpu usage doesn't
happen after a day of testing.  The lazy temperature
updating still exists but I guess that's a bios issue
(it reports 42^C first and then stays at 43^C and the
fan speed changes to one).
