Dell E6410, same problem:
[ 7.652359] ACPI Warning: 0x0000000000000460-0x000000000000047f SystemIO
conflicts with Region \PMIO 1 (20120320/utaddress-251)
[ 7.652370] ACPI: If an ACPI driver is available for this device, you should
use it instead of the native driver
[ 7.652373] lpc_ich: Resource conflict(s) found affecting iTCO_wdt
[ 7.652378] ACPI Warning: 0x0000000000000428-0x000000000000042f SystemIO
conflicts with Region \PMIO 1 (20120320/utaddress-251)
[ 7.652384] ACPI: If an ACPI driver is available for this device, you should
use it instead of the native driver
[ 7.652389] ACPI Warning: 0x0000000000000500-0x000000000000057f SystemIO
conflicts with Region \GPIO 1 (20120320/utaddress-251)
[ 7.652394] ACPI: If an ACPI driver is available for this device, you should
use it instead of the native driver
[ 7.652396] lpc_ich: Resource conflict(s) found affecting gpio_ich

Is this a misconfiguration of the kernel? Do I need to disable gpio_ich or
should I disable lpc_ich? What is "If an ACPI driver is available for this
device, you should use it instead of the native driver" trying to tell me?
