Len Brown <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |NEEDINFO CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #12 from Len Brown <[email protected]> 2012-08-23 02:47:54 --- The attached DSDT does not invoke the ACPI \_OS method, and so it would ignore whatever Linux answers to that method. So you should see the same if you leave the default ("Microsoft Windows NT"), or override it to something else with acpi_os_name="....". If this parameter has any effect on your system, I'm interested to see the complete output from acpidump for your system -- please attach it to this bug report. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching the assignee of the bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond. Discussions will include endpoint security, mobile security and the latest in malware threats. http://www.accelacomm.com/jaw/sfrnl04242012/114/50122263/ _______________________________________________ acpi-bugzilla mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/acpi-bugzilla
