I tried acpi_sleep=s3_beep to see if that can give me some clue, and... surprise, my laptop resumed without problem. I made several suspend/resume, and all worked correctly. I tried with kernel 3.2.0-24 and 3.7.0-999 from Ubuntu repository and both work.
