ACPI tables dumped while running 3.11.0
the missing table is present in windows environments. It appears to handle
Nvidia optimus switching. If you need any info just let me know.
this was found on a Lenovo Thinkpad T430u, I have two of these laptops one
running linux and the other running windows.
