Linux 5.1 messages (dmesg)

On the Dell Precision 3630 tower with firmware 1.0.4 and 1.1.10, plugging in
the USB C adapter Dell DA200, Linux 5.1 (and before) logs the errors below.

Is this a firmware issue? If so, could you please work with Dell to fix the
firmware?
