The only difference is that I have a Dell T40 (which basically is the same computer). I've encountered this issue on Centos/RHEL 8.x, Fedora 32, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on the same device Dell PowerEdge T40. An yes, I'm also curious what region is WST1?
