Have you tried masking gpe0x6E + rmmod int3403_thermal? Does that do it for
you?

Note that there are two distinct problems here, and I am not sure how related
they are:
1. ACPI error flood;
2. High CPU usage.

Which one of these is rmmod ucsi_acpi a fix for?
