You can find the commit here: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=9e3caa9dd51b23e232f095a98336a84f42e4a7f2 Since we are in 6.10-rc6 I expected that the final kernel version will be released in about two weeks time, meaning that if you are running a rolling release distro you should get it around this time as well.
