I am experiencing high CPU usage (~70%) consistently after boot on my ASUS
laptop with an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor. The 'top' command identifies
'irq/9-acpi' as the process consuming most resources. This seems to be an ACPI
interrupt storm related to the kernel's handling of the hardware's power
management.
