Hi Naing, This is a very common error that programmers face, especially with Windows NTFS. The problem is with permissions. Right-click on the .mdb file, click on the "Security" tab. See if IUSER_<machine name> user is added there with read/write permissions. This will surely solve the problem. Regards, Kamran
