I'm seeing something similar on my development machine.
It only appears to happen with Safari.
OSX 10.3.4 4D 2003.3 ITK 2.6 (Just noticed I'm not running the latest beta) Active 4D 3.0
I 'occasionally' get missing images and sometimes the style sheets don't appear. I also have it where a a top frame doesn't appear.
Don't seem to have any problem with IE tho!
A refresh in the browser 'normally' resolves the problem.
(In the activity window inside Safari it normally comes across as a 'Zero Byte Resource').
