[Active4d-dev] Document to Blob

A4D does not seem to support the 4D Command "Document to Blob". I need 
to load a document into a blob in order to use the A4D Command "write 
blob". Seems to be a catch-22...

How do I programmatically send a certain file (a PDF to be exact)? 
Simply linking to the file is not an option.
