[Active4d-dev] Support of "ico" files

All,
I don't know if this is an Active4D or a 4D issue but I have not been able
to get our site to work with a favicon.ico.
Despite the file being in the root directory and having added the relevant
<LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="favicon.ico">
No ico shows up in any browser supporting .ico files.
I can't even simply see the ico in typing
http://ip address/favicon.ico
Active 4D provides the usual file not found message.
Any idea ?
