To satisfy my need to make the info more readable I could do something like
"First_Name,Last_Name,-,Phone_Number,Address,-COMMENTS,Comments"
Dashes would tell the database to insert a dashed line across the email, dash and text would be a line and a title... everything else are the fields, or something like that.

Glad to help. Interestingly, I made the comment about form field order from Netlink experience too. It was many years ago but I recall running into a situation where I assumed field order and it broke. It worked in almost all cases but one browser did'nt. My workaround was to specify the order as suggested.
