Hi,

I've just suffered with a few days of getting 400 Bad Request errors in the following configuration:

Active4D Latest beta
4D 2003
MacOSX.3.7

Whenever I submitted a form back to the server where there was a reasonable (5k or more) amount of data and the client doing the posting wasn't local (which made it harder to debug).

After tracing through the code it 'appeared' to be an Active4D error, in that Active4D was trying to process data received over HTTP before all the data was there.

I proved this to myself by pausing the "A4D_ITK_Server" process just before the line:

$status:=A4D Execute stream request ($streamRef;$requestInfo;A4D_ResponseHeaderNames; A4D_ResponseHeaderValues;A4D_Response)

However I've never had this problem before so after a few days debugging I just reinstalled Active4D for ITK using 4D Insider, added my very small modifications to the shell, and the problem disappeared. (Why didn't I think of this sooner??).

I still don't know what happened, all I can think was there was some corruption somewhere that 4D Compiler and 4D Tools both missed.

It was very peculiar and most frustrating.

I'm therefore posting this so if anyone else has similar problems then hopefully they wont waste as much time as I did.

James.

p.s.

Aparajita I apologise for all the swearing I was doing at Active4D whilst I was trying to figure out what was going wrong, I should've known it wasn't Your/Active4D's fault ;)
