Thanks for the response.

We do have Sanitycheck but not a new version that supports 2003.6.  We
have gotten all of our externals upgraded to new versions.

We are running on MAC OS X Tiger and Windows XP.  The crash happens on
both operating systems.

Does it help to say that the compiler is on "Typing Directives" when it
crashes?
