Yes.

Strange...Active4D is serving static content but not dynamic content.

You need to do a test of some kind with a non-production machine to see if you can that database to work correctly. And forgive the lecture, but...it is not a very good situation to try to debug a production machine. In the future I would strongly recommend you resist the temptation to deploy on a production server when upgrading a major component. There is no such thing as "just" changing the 4D version...
