I wonder if 4D Server holds up better under a load. 20 clients plus web access 
and it's the same speed sounds like the 4D Server is actually faster. Can you 
tell a difference in performance if 4D Server has only web users connected? I 
mean, is it faster than 4D for web access without clients.

That's interesting. I would not have expected the Mac to outperform a Windows 
box on raw disk I/O. I wonder if memory has anything to do with the speed. How 
much memory is everyone using? In general, I tend to put as much RAM as I can 
in a MacOS X server but is there a minimum recommended? (I mean a real world 
minimum as opposed to what 4D recommends) Has anyone found that more memory 
significantly helps performance?
