Collection handles and iterators are interchangeable in many commands but from what I can tell they are not the same. Here's my observation: while both longints, an iterator's value changes depending on what item in a collection it's pointing to. Is that a fair description of an iterator?
Have you read the section in the documentation about collections and iterators...the one referred to at the beginning of the Collection command section? Or the command section called "Iterators"?
