Correct.

The splitter doesn't actually move the objects as you are dragging it anyhow (i'm only setting the veritcal splitter to 2 or 3 pixels in width), so it's not that big a deal to me. The resize and move occur at the same time as soon as you release the splitter, so the user perspective is not too bad.

It would be nice if the objects were moving and the window were resizing as you moved the splitter, but I'll settle for what I can get.

I just recorded a small quicktime movie at 30 frames/sec (2.2MB in size) that you can see it in action if you'd like. I put it at ftp:// ftp.joborder.com/zz_old_archives/aparajita.mov
