Another two I would recommend are the "configurable folding"
plugin. This
allows you select the start and end points of a fold. The only
downside is
that the plugin does not give you matching start and end points but
you give
it a list of start points and a list of end points and if it hits
one of
these points it starts and ends a fold respectively.
It requires a pretty nasty regular expression to configure the
folding correctly.
