It is definitely possible. Your client is running 10.2.8, so I think
you need to look at the documentation for the 10.2 firewall.
I'll see what I can figure out. We may also be able to achieve what I
want to do by blocking the ITK web server port at the router.
If you can capture some of the URLs that are causing the hang, I
would like to try them to see if they are hanging for me and why.
I did some more tests and was able to hang client with one of them that
looked suspect. I went back and checked and this same URL has shown up
in my server logs on or around the time of previous hangs.
