So I´m rather new to web applications, what is the best way to deal
with cookies not enabled? Build special URLs or something else?

Active4D runs on the server, so the _only_ reason this could be
happening is because IE has cookies turned off, which means the
session is getting lost.
By the way, the preferred syntax for setting/getting session
variables is to index the session variable directly, for example
session{"selWoche"}. The same thing goes for all other collections
(_form{"field"} instead of get form variable, _query{"var"} instead
of get query param, etc).
