Jim,

Sorry if I appeared testy, I didn't mean to be :-)

When Apple releases the Safari update we believe it will be available for
all Safari users, not just Leopard users.

Best Regards

Brendan

PS: One other thing to notice for A4D Developers is we now have a special
price for 4D Web Server for Developers. If you buy it with the Web 2.0 Pack,
you can get it for $99 but otherwise it is now a regular product for $249.
This Web Server can only be used with 4D Developer Edition.

Brendan,

Thank you for the direct input. As I said I was impressed with some
of the features and look forward to evaluating more thoroughly. The
Safari snafu (that Apple has acknowledged) will be fixed with
Leopard, but that still leaves many millions with non-Leopard Safari
browsers.

I was not meaning to appear negative on the product. 100% of Safari
users would have made the same observation. I don't want to get into
a browser mishmash. I simply want to understand how I can use 4DW2
with A4D before I invest in this product.

It is good to know that A4D and 4DW2 will work well together.

I enjoyed the presentation and appreciate your efforts to bring this
to market. Thanks again for your input

Jim
