Maybe totally unrelated, but we were having upload failures on both
our development and production servers earlier this week. I traced
it down to a permissions error on the upload destination folders.
The only thing I can figure is that recent Apple security updates
messed with the original permissions? sudo chmod fixed it for me.
Maybe not unrelated. The error he is getting is -43, which is "file
not found", which leads me to believe the upload file cannot be
written to the temporary upload directory.
Whatever the type of file I try to upload, get updload
size("WACfileUpload")
always returns -1 and A4D_error returns -43.
