Again, this may not be related since the file seems very small, but
I also had to set the upload limit for 4D very large:
From my On Server Startup method
`Set this very large. Limit the actual request size with A4D .ini
SET DATABASE PARAMETER(Maximum Web requests size ;300000000)
Actually, Active4D makes that call for you whenever Active4D.ini is
read in.
