This is a limitation by 4D v11 or can be it done in Active4D in a future release ?

It's a limitation of 4D v11. User constants are kept in 4DK# resources. 4D has made it clear that resources will not be supported


We have hundreds of user constants in our 4D app and in our web pages, if they can't be accessed, we'll try to find a new solution but ...

I have written a 4D method that will convert user constants to an Active4D library. Then all you have to is import the library once (perhaps in the On Application Start method), and your existing custom constant references should work as is. When it is posted on the site I'll let everyone know.
