Aparajita, If found the source of the problem. I was replacing the *remote address with a different value passed from nginx in A4D_OnWebConnection. During further testing I was bypassing nginx to isolate the problem, and it cause my 500 response error because the IP address was garbage. Had to handle the possibility of not receiving a request from nginx...
