For me this didn't work. I did see a text "installing" for a second in the bottom status bar of sublime, but HTML (Active4D) didn't show up in the language popup neither was any a4d file syntax colored.
Browsing packages showed not Active4D package. I've downloaded it from github manually an dragged it to the packages folder. Sublime was running at that time and presented me with a bunch of error windows. Once I've restarted sublime, the a4d package was available though and seems to work.
