Aparajita, I have just documented that it occurs on at least 2 documents.
When I copy the entire 4D folder contents to my local computer and test it, it works correctly on my computer with all of the same 4D Folder items (Active4D, Components, Plugins, Web, Web_Static, 4dc,4dd, etc...) It is only failing - downloading the documents instead of processing them - on the customer's box.
