Notice the difference? Looks like you actually have something in the path 
web_static/1/document.a4d, which in the second case is being served by 4D's web 
server, because there is no /4dcgi prefix.

/4dcgi is not necessary as long as the document you serve does not exist in 
4D's web root.

You should put a trace in A4D_OnWebConnection and try the URL /1/document.a4d 
to see if it is reached. If not, that means it must exist in web_static/1.
