Let me take Amit's question further.
http://www.windows2000faq.com/Articles/Index.cfm?ArticleID=15069 seems to
indicate a solution (though the article is two years old and predates
Windows 2000). However, I found out this past week this has no chance of
working in Windows 2000 (apparently) unless File and Print Sharing has been
turned on the remote computer. I am in the middle of testing but didn't
have further luck after turning FPS on at the remote computer. I simply may
need to do more testing.

Does anyone else have an answer to Amit's question?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to change password for all local admins of all the
computers in the domain?
