DNS Server is used to maps the domain names with IP Address.
DNS server is required for the domains as well as sites.
DNS is required for resolution ,so nearer the DNS server with the limited
entries better it is.But it has to have a limit on the namespace .......
Ther is no DNS Server specifically to OU's ....Pls check
