Jared,  There is no way to combine. I beleive the only option you have is to migrate to your new forest.

Subject: [ActiveDir] Combining Forests

OK Here's the deal. I set up an AD tree about a year ago. It was the first 2000 server I set up and didn't have the AD structure planned out like I should have. I created a domain of subdomain.domain.com   Now I have started upgrading and installing more 2000 machines and decided we should have AD structure of domain.com, which leaves me with two separate forests. I have trust relationships set up between the two, but that is not the same as having one forest with a sub-domain. Is there any way to integrate the subdomain.domain.com into the domain.com forest without uninstalling AD on the sub-domain machine and re-installing it back into the domain.com tree?

Thanks
