I haven't used it myself, but the new ADMT tool is available on the .NET Server Beta 3 CD. If you can get hold of a copy the tool can be installed from the following folder:
\VALUEADD\MSFT\MGMT\ADMT The on-line help is fairly comprehensive and gives detail on how to perform interforest account and resource domain migration (starting with account domains).
