Use Ntdsutil to seize the FSMO roles on your DC that is offline.

I'm setting up a test lab and need to get a copy of my primary server, fsmo,
etc. - Thought about
installing a new server as a domain controller in my current domain. Let it
replicate the AD, GC and then remove from the domain and move to my test
lab. Now question is: I need to have this system as my
primary AD server in my test lab. I will need to add the FSMO roles... op
master, etc... pdc, dns,,,,
Is this the best way to do the above? Or Is there a better way to setup up
your test lab with a copy of the primary server?
