Ok then go to the BDCs and go to server manager and do the replication that way, it will work the same due to the fact that there is an operation master called the PDC emulator and that is who the BDCs talk to for replication.

In NT server manager you could highlight the PDC and select sync the entire domain. When we upgrade we will have (2) Win2k DC's at our corporate office and numerous NT 4.0 BDC's at remote sites. They cannot be upgraded do to legacy apps. Once we upgrade we'd like to make sure all the BDC's sync with the new DC's.
