You can also set your servers up through the registry    see

I also recommend implementing logging for your w32tm service 

To do this add these reg entries on your servers at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters
Name: Log   Type: REG_DWORD      Data: 64 (Hex)
Name: WriteLog  Type: REG_SZ    Data: True

This will give you a little more info
