You will need to register but they have some fantastic titles. Hopefully
this will give a couple of pointers...if this is not what is required maybe

The best way to learn Exchange 2000 (IMO) is to use it.  Build an Exchange
2000 box, back it up, trash it and restore it.  Then repeat and curse until
you get it right (then document it!).  Exchange 2000 is deceptively easy to
apparently set up.  You won't realise you've made a mistake until it's too
late (speaks the voice of bitter experience).  Soon you'll discover why
Exchange gurus command �90/hr ...
