Tony, Agreed. ADMT may still be in beta, but Microsoft Consulting Services and my company are confident enough with it to migrate 30,000 user objects and all the requisite pieces and parts that go with that (e.g. computer, group, etc).
This is a cross-forest migration, and it worked exteremely well in the test environment with a copy of our current forest. My .02 worth...
