I agree with all that you have listed. But why are the DC in the child domain reverting to AD integrated after reboot when they have been set to secondary?
Thanks again >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 5/31/2002 10:39:51 AM >>> I have not tried going from AD Integrated to Primary....but AD integrated will not replicate to an AD integrated DC in another domain within the same forest. This is because the DNS info is stored in the domain partition in AD. So your replication may not work because you are trying to do ADI DNS to two different domains. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q286753 -----Original Message----- From: RICHARD HELMS - 5535 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Friday, May 31, 2002 9:29 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [ActiveDir] _msdcs Replication AD integrated does not replicate properly. However after switching to Primary and Secondary it works fine, until the server is rebooted. Once the server is rebooted it reverts back to AD integrated on its on, and does not replicate properly. Does anyone have a solution on how to correct any of these problems?
