Why are you creating secondary links at all?

With the links between the UK and the other 3 offices, replication will
propagate to all 4 sites. It will, however, take up to the total of the
replication frequencies. For instance, if all your UK to other site links
are 15 minute replication invervals, it could take 30 minutes for changes in
MX to propagate to DE. In most cases, that's not a big deal.

We are configured that way as well - more or less matching our WAN
configuration.
