USNs don't count in DNS records. All that matters are the serial numbers of
the zones.

If the zone serials match, the zones are in sync, and there is nothing to
worry about.

Personally, I'd suggest setting the DNS servers in the children to forward
to their parents rather than secondarying everything, unless the parent is
an empty root.
