We get cute with the 2000 workstation users we want to stay off the
internet. We gave them a proxy server address of 127.0.0.1. Have an OU with
a group policy just for them. Needless to say theres no proxy server on our
network.

Is there a way to deny Internet Access in Active Directory
to certain users
without the use of a Proxy server or third party software
like Surf Control?
