I assure you – that is not the case. We are now in Native
AD mode (as well as Exchange), but when we were upgrading Exchange we were
still in mixed mode and had NO issues. The ONLY hang-up you will have with distribution
lists is if you use them to grant security rights - -THEN you have to be in NATIVE AD mode as
they have to be UNIVERSAL SECURITY groups. Sorry about the caps – not yelling
