Hi Marshall

There are various methods for doing this.  If you are keen to use a CSV
file, your best bet would be to use the CSVDE.EXE tool.  Although this can
be used to create users (and other objects) in bulk, it is limited in that
you cannot use it to modify objects.  For this you would need to use
LDIFDE.EXE.

Guys,
Newbie question ...  I have an OU called:  Students I wish to add 60
students to the OU ... the fields I want to add are: 
Name, Student ID # (which will be their username), and Password 
 
Rather then doing an ADD to the OU, can I create a .CSV (or similar) file
containing the info, then run a program against that file, that will then
populate the OU? 
 
Please advise and TIA.
