[ActiveDir] Little OT: AD, LDAP, Exchange

Hopefully someone has done this!!!!    Scenario:  Company A owns Company B and Company C.  Company A runs Active Directory and Exchange 5.5.  Company B runs Active Directory and Exchange 2000.  Company A and Company B do not share networks, do not have any type of trusts, etc.  Company A and Company B want to share Exchange server directories by way of exporting and importing .CSV files.
