If that message is coming up immediately when
you execute ADPREP, then it’s probably a corrupt executable. Charles Oppermann,

[EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Salandra, Justin A. Do you have enough memory in the DC? -----Original
Message----- So, I'm going to be upgrading my Win2K domain to Win2k3 and I need
to run ADPREP before I can add a Win2k3 server. Well when I run ADPREP I
get a "Program too big to fit in memory" error and that's it. I've
tried rebooting the DC before running ADPREP, and even tried moving the FSMO
roles to another machine and I get the same error. The user I'm using has
all the proper rights, so that shouldn't be the problem. Anyone have a
clue what's going on? Thanks. Brad
